What to Expect From My Inspections

A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the home. I will inspect all of the major systems of your home and inform you of my observations.

These observations will range anywhere from a leaky faucet that might be a quick repair up to a recommendation that the roofing coverings may need to be replaced. I will arm you with the knowledge that you need to make any final decisions or negotiations on the purchase of your new home.

Most inspections take 3-4 hours, depending on the size and age of the home. I encourage my clients to join me during the inspection. This gives you the opportunity to see, first hand, anything that I might observe and ask questions. At the end of the inspection, I will give you a quick overview of the findings. You will receive an electronic version of the Inspection Report, usually within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection.

I am using one of the newest and highest rated report programs that offers you an easy to follow report with photos and narratives explaining any observations that I made in your new home.
