What to Expect From Your Inspection

A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the home. We will inspect all aspects of your home and inform you of our observations. The goal of a home inspection is to give you an overall feel of the general condition of your home and to identify any major concerns.

These observations will range anywhere from a leaky faucet that might be a quick repair up to a recommendation that the roofing coverings may need to be replaced. We will arm you with the knowledge that you need to make any final decisions or negotiations on the purchase of your new home.

Most inspections take about 3 hours, give or take, depending on the size and age of the home. We encourage our clients to join us during the inspection. This gives you the opportunity to see, first hand, anything that we might observe and ask questions. You will receive an electronic version of the Inspection Report within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection, guaranteed.

While we hope that you are able to attend the inspection, we do understand busy schedules. No problem.  Our reports are full of photos with arrows, circles, locations, and descriptions so that you can see what we observed. Whether you attend the inspection or not, we always encourage you to call us with any questions that you might have, at any point in the process.
