A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the home. As your inspectors, we will inspect all of the major systems of your home and inform you of our observations. We are licensed in Virginia and West Virginia and nationally certified through InterNACHI. As such, we follow a combined Standards of Practice (SOP). When you hire us, you get two for the price of one! Two fully licensed and nationally certified inspectors will inspect your home.
Most inspections take approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the size and age of the home. We encourage our clients to join us during the inspection. This gives you the opportunity to see, first hand, anything that we might observe and ask questions. You will receive delivery of an electronic version of the Inspection Report within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection, guaranteed. Most often, reports are delivered on the same day as the inspection.
If you are not able to join us for the inspection, that’s OK. Our reports are web based, user friendly, and full of pictures and descriptions of our findings. Once you get a chance to review your report, we are available to answer any questions that you may have. You can find our Sample Report on our Resources page.
